Ok there are people here that can tell you how to get the knobs off. There were pictures on this site some where but I can’t find them right now. Then you need “special tools” to remove the switches.
For your year (1958 ) you need to buy this tool or make your own to remove the switches. Eric who sells these has been on this forum for ever.
