I ended up purchasing the rear drums from Vintage Power Wagon. They sell both the front and rear for W200s.
They also explained that the original part numbers from Chrysler had been superseded by newer Chrysler part numbers.
Front drum 2516422 superseded by 1921758
Rear drum 2516423 superseded by 1921761
