Removing cooling distribution tube in 230 block.

I went to pull my old cooling distribution tube in my 230 thinking it would be quick and easy, nope. It was so rusty it broke off a 1/4 down in the block. The rest was stuck to the walls. The puller helper to loosen it but in the end it was a 1/4 inch steel brake line hammered flat. You stick it in vertical and turn so it lodges against the walls and yank. It did the trick.
