Hi Clint, yes..and he was the nicest guy. He said he saw it coming like slow motion...knew there was no chance they’d get by me & couldn’t understand why they weren’t pulling in in front of him. The guy behind him as well apparently had a front row seat & got it on dash cam. I would have loved to see that...the cops were talking to him & I have no idea if there’s a way they got a copy of that or not.
After it happened...I was literally shaking in my truck...didn’t know what to do? I decided I had a free month trial for onstar...let’s try this thing! It worked perfect...got police & ambulance on route pronto but I could hardly talk...they kept asking me to slow down & relax but sheesh...it was a scary scene man. Like seriously I’m not sure what would have happened if they’d have pushed me into the ditch with that trailer...it would have been ugly. Like I can’t imagine the trailer not coming disconnected from that ball & it’s a 10,000lb hammer coming behind you...would have been nasty.
As screwed up as these women got & the car...I’ve never seen anything like it. It was upside down in the ditch. I could see straight through the floor into the car...like it was separated the spot welded seam in the floor. The transfer case was out of the Jeep 10’ away laying on the highway! All 4 tires were off the Jeep...wheels on...tires off. Just shocking man. Violent.
It was their lucky day. I was sure they were dead.
