When I finished our '62 W-M-300, I found a receiver from a later model 1990's DODGE Dakota. Welded / Bolted up with minimal reworking.
Our used unit even came with a built in
7-Pin Trailer plug &enclosure.
I don't plan on pulling a D-8 out with our
P-W so it seems to have worked out fine.
