The mole hair strip that attaches to the division bar is clipped on, top and bottom, to the bar. You can use RTV silicone, NOT gasket maker, to secure the hair strip to the old strip bar if you have the bar, just remove the old mole hair. If you don't have the grommets for the weatherstrip, you need to order to prevent smashing/tearing the weatherstrip with the screws.
