I have one like John mentioned, screwed into one of the headbolts.
I have also used both lower radiator hose and inline heater hose units.
I have used a magnetic heater that fits to the oil pan.
Quite honestly, I hardly ever use any of them, but after 45+ years in custom homes, I understand the "customer is always right" aspect. :)
