Hi, thank you for all the responses.
It was owned by Ranger Outreach Center, a state department authorized training place for everything from officials going over sears to Japanese cadre coming to the state to learn techniques to take back to Japan.
The vehicle was running and moving in 2002 when the place shut down, and has been parked since. The engine will start with a jump but I have not driven it yet and I'm still trying to figure out all the other pieces like gearing.
2100 max? Better get a tall final gear.....
