all. greetings. thanks for the advise. oil and gas removed from bilge, oil filters changed new oil added. fuel pump removed. turned engine over to prime oil. engine started on 2nd revolution, on fuel in carb. ran perfect, pumped water. Hoping the new fuel pump fixes the issue. will be sending both original pumps to then & now in mass for a proper rebuild and refurb. will advise. thanks. mannyc
