I had the same problem in my 06 F250. Does your truck have the feature that after you turn off the key, and before you open the door, you cam still put up the windows and the radio works for about a minute? It you do, it is the time delay relay. unfortunately on the Fords, it is part of the dash circuit board. cost me about 150 to get it fixed
