Do you have a wiring diagram? I tried to find one online but didn't have any luck.
I googled the problem and found several similar posts.
1. There seems to be a known issue with wiring harnesses breaking and causing an open circuit.
2. A ground problem (again open circuit)
Lastly, check any relays that may be in the circuit. Easiest way to test for a bad relay is to swap one from another circuit if you don't have a spare.
