PIF has conversion diagrams with part numbers. You will need to replace your 6V coil with a 12V coil. You have to ways to go: coil with an internal resister which requires no external ballast resister, however the coil reduces the 12V to 9V internally, resulting in less volts to points, and a reduction of spark at the plugs which can be important in cold weather, or a coil without an internal resister which will require a ballast resister, and you'll get the full 12V to the coil for starting, and hotter spark, good in cold weather.

Condensers work on 6V, 12V, and 24V so no need to change unless it is bad.

If you decide to go with a coil with an internal resister, you'll need a three post solenoid unless you plan to stay with the starter pedal. Link to 3 post.

Have you removed the rocker arm on the fuel pump? You'll need to do that to get the diaphragm out.
