Hey Jerry . Thanks for your thought . Have just read this , after spending the last couple of days being snowed under with my wife’s medical problems , as many people,are,I know. I still haven’t heard mention of a tidal wave here , so may have been a warning that didn’t come to anything ? We’re high and dry , on the East coast of the North Island , about 5 miles inland . The furthest you can get from the ocean , anywhere in NZ , is only about 90 miles at the widest point , but plenty of high ground to run to if needed ,
