When I pulled my engine the head was on and I removed 2 bolts and got 2 a inch or so longer added a washer then chained it up and pulled it out.Make sure to use a heavy enough chain. When I installed my power steering I removed 3 head bolts and installed the head mount and just re-torqued to specs making sure to put brush on permatex on the bolts so I would not have a coolant leak
