I didn't know Bob, but it sure sounds like he helped a lot of people. It's sad that his knowledge is gone. I lost a good friend 25 years ago who had similar talents. He was a remarkable diagnostician, as well as mechanic. I'm pretty sure he could have rebuilt a transmission with his eyes closed. Life is too short.
