This has happened to my 318. Pump worked, but gas got into oil.......and sorry but my trucks smell. Maybe not the noticeable gas odor like he is experiencing, but with all the leaks it has had over the years (pinions, t-case, manual tranny, rear main, valve covers, steering box, etc.) even with them all fixed you can still tell a real truck is in the garage. Just ask my wife.
