This may be completely unnecessary to ask, but have you removed and cleaned all the battery posts and cables, both ends, as well as the ground cables, etc. It only takes one poor connection to cause the whole system to fail.
Possibly the ignition switch has some problems inside?
I have had both of those problems in the past.
