That's an interesting process. I assume they strip off the rust prior to starting the process. If the $400 is close, that's a good investment especially if you live in the rust belt. Only issues I see would be where there are bolt threads in the frame or tighter tolerances where bolts slip through that might require taps, reamers, and anti-seize compound. Any touch up can be achieved with cold galvanizing.
