I think maybe the band is upside down.
Can't remember but seems like the anchor
On the left side with the wired bolt is off center.
Flip the band over so the top now will become the bottom.
You need to look at it to see if this makes sense.
I could be dreaming but if you have the correct bolt I might be right.
