After looking at the satellite image, I had to reflect back on this statement in the write-up:

All I can say is that's a real shame to see such a cool truck abandoned like that in such a nearly impossible place to extract it from. The real question is: How in the world did it get there?
If Bob's suggestion about getting it to run and drive it out would actually work, that's the best idea. Otherwise, unless someone lived close by, and had the proper equipment, it's hardly worth what it would take to get it out.
