Thanks Dana, I do believe you have more options with a hydraulic system running on a PTO pump.
It is quite a bit more involved and cost more but in my case was the only option with 2 winches.
You can set it up to run a constant smooth factory speed no matter the pull.
My system allows me to plug in a future hydraulic snow plow if need be.
