When I was younger I plowed a ton of steep driveways with and old CJ5, I always put chains on the back and never got stuck.My 410-c backhoe is two wheel drive and spins on snow and ice, but when I put chains on the back I could climb a mountain. Chains are great on anything when things get a little icey.
