Chains on all 4 is absolutely the best, IF, your tires aren't so wide that the chains will contact parts of the truck when you turn the front wheels, and IF you don't intend to take the truck off the property. It's no fun putting the chains on and off anymore than necessary. Consider using another truck as your full-time chained-up plow machine?
