Thanks for your input guys. The floor has a plastic vapor barrier. Run up the sides and taped off. It also has a de humidifier down there. not sure when to run that? or should it even be there? Im going to get some estimates for foam. On a side note the house has a great big garage and i keep my 66 W100 up there. Take care
