That’s what I was expecting! I remember reading their sales pitch when they started advertising here & they sounded high quality. I shouldn’t say that...they are high quality...just the band isn’t strong enough to support the window. The problem is I bought it like a year ago & just hadn’t installed it so I’m guessing they’re not going to refund me my $425.
