Yes you can. New 4.89 and 4.30 gears are available. Like Bruce said, with 4.89s you'll need 38-40" tires to run 55-60 mph and keep the engine rpms in a comfortable range. With the 4.30s you can run the stock rims and 9.00-16 tires and not be overspeeding the engine.
