Looks the same to me except for the vapor vent being welded to the top of the tank rather than at the sender. I'm not sure that was factory.
Also, I would NOT use a "lined" tank. I have seen too many liners that disintegrate after a few yrs and become a mass of debris in the tank. 2 months ago I had to ship a tank to Ben Simons (owner of the CSS Registry) whose lined tank failed days before he went to the Carlisle show.
