The C-38126 is the early FFPW transmission. The C-91931 is from a Dodge, however I don't know the model, maybe a cab over truck. The 91931 appears to be similar to the early NP420 you would find in an M37 from 1951 to 1954. The difference between the 91931 and M37 is the shift lever, if yours is the same at the link. In theory, you could switch out the shift lever to an early M37 or later M37 if it's the same, or maybe the later FFPW shift lever, or simply take a torch, heat the lever cherry red at appropriate points, and reshape the current lever to that of the early C-38126.

The mounting ears on the 91931 are the same as the 88126, and if the main drive gear has the same number of splines (10), same dia. at the clutch pilot bearing, and length of the shaft, it would work ok.

You will need to modify the cab trans cover and get a later parking brake setup at the transmission in order to make it work. You also may need the PTO rear plate and lever from an WM300. This is my assessment of the two in interchanging them.
