3M Weatherstip Adhesive, in black. NAPA and CarQuest should have it. I just glued mine down using this stuff and it works great. It's a bit tough to run the bead at the back of the cowl. I put blue tape on the cowl area to protect the paint and applied the adhesive through the open windshield. It doesn't take much to hold the gasket in place.
