Super easy. If you can weld and fab the alternator bracket yourself, you will need a delco one wire alternator which new are only like 50 bucks.You will need the pulley which you can get from speedway motors for 10 bucks or so, and then all you have to do is change your bulbs, heater motor or any 6 volt item over to 12volt components. Your 6volt starter should be fine. So I would say 75 to 100 bucks.
