I'm sorry I haven't respond to all of the compliments and comments that everyone gave on my Unveil. The plan is to bring it to Iowa next year (hopefully!) We have tried to document the number of different trucks and places that we got parts from but lost count over time. Total investment...??? Well if I was worried about cost it wouldn't be a fun hobby but best guess is 10-12,000?
Randy- I'm not sure what the original use was for those bolts sticking out of the. Bumper but I will be mounting docking bumpers there to use as a push bumper. And you are correct about the gin pole set up. The truck we got the bumper off of was pretty used up but thought it gave the truck a more aggressive look keeping all of those pieces on there, next step is to get that painted.
Should be ready for Iowa 2021. I' started a book of pictures of the restoration I'll try to gather more and out that together to keep it with the truck
