How much do you drive it? Fuel is blended with different vapor pressures based on the expected ambient. If you still have winter blend in the tank it could contribute. Either way I would try gas from a different location and maybe a different grade. Another thing to think about is that boiling point is based on temperature and pressure. You might double check the pickup in the tank that nothing is obstructing it that would cause a stronger vacuum and lower the boiling point.
