Well I know what I am purchasing when the time comes. Speed Queen.
That being said, we have had to replace washers, dryers, and dishwashers and it feels like they crap out when the useless warranties end. That includes a Bosch dishwasher that cost $1500! Thirty nine months and it died!
However, we cannot figure this situation out. Six years ago we purchased our retirement home and after deliberating for a while we bought big box Samsung cause everyone said that we would have to replace them anyway due to the salt from bathing suits and beach towels. Well this July marks six years and the both units look and run fine. Go figure?
