youll have to remove one from each hub and match them up to a longer one. MIght be easier to just get some 16 inch steel rims and swap the tires on.
I believe the studs are waged to keep the front drums on. been a while so not positive. If they are you need a special tool to remove the old ones and another tool to install then new ones.
16" 8 lug steel rims are plentiful. only worth scrap really. Ford and Dodge wtill work on Dodge. GM center hole is too small
