What about the e brake sticking to its drum. Look for rust on the drum surface. Look at the position of the brake band when engaged. Then release it and note that position. Obviously, you have to wait until it’s is sticking to do this.
It also could be your brakes sticking but less likely.
If the clutch was sticking the truck would lurch forward or backwards when you hit the starter.
