Possible causes:
- Grease or brake fluid on brake shoe lining.
- Lining loose on brake shoe.
- Anchor bolts improperly adjusted adjust and tighten or loose.
- Wheel cylinder pistons sticking.
- Spring clips (U-bolts) loose.
