I guess. Every wheel cylinder I’ve removed in the past 10 years...none rebuildavle. Just too pitted. Mind you 95% of those haven’t driven in several years. But even the W300M I bought out of Susanville, CA. It had new VPW wheel cylinders...less than 2 years old...garbage. Not rebuildable. Not for me anyway. If even the slightest imperfection is visible in the bore after honing there’s no way I’d run one on a single master cylinder system.
