Early trucks used Slotted head screws.
Not sure when the change to Philips head occurred but mid late fifties trucks and beyond had them.

Two center roof headliner screws were 10-12x 3/4 with 7/8 OD flat washer

The trim screws are flat head 10-12 x 3/4 14 required.

The pillar screws are oval head 8-15x3/4
With finishing washers 3 each side.

I might have missed a couple.
All screws are tapping screws.

This should get you started.
