No. Different bolt circles.
The PW is a 5 x 6 7/8" on a 16" wheel.
The VF is a 5 x 8" on a 20" wheel.
They're both Budds, tho.
Wheels Now out of Wisconsin makes a few one piece wheels in the 5x8" pattern. Haven't seen any for smaller one. I wonder if they'd be tempted to make some if there were enough requests..
