I used that acoustic "eggcrate" shaped foam they use in recording studios.my buddy got me some for free so I put under the seat stuffed it in kick panels etc. Works pretty good for cab noise. As for the levers-slide foam pipe insulation over the sticks it absorbs good amount of vibration. Firewall and floor get some good temp resistant acoustic mats. That's what I did. Good luck
