All planked wooden boats leak unless you keep them in extremely humid conditions. Even barges...we were the last shipyard in the NW building & docking wooden barges. When we’d dock them in the summer, after 2 weeks of repair work, when we’d take them off dry dock the water would just be pissing in everywhere...for a day or two. It was imperative to keep pumps going.
Chris Craft the same. Paul can tell you :)
Most Chris Crafts...I’d say at least 75% have the no soak bottom. You can’t tell by looking.
