Some really good advice and I will tell you that a friend of my son is a landscaper and in a pinch he power washed the roof and after drying in the sun he sprayed on flex seal! I had a good laugh cause thar stuff is not cheap. Well he is still laughing back at me cause it was a number of years and no leaks!
If I had done it it would have blown off:-)
