Hi Tom, yes that’s my experience as well.
I remember driving that International 180 4x4 back from Reno with Jonas. It has an IH overhead valve 6 in it & that was the best running combo. It ran at 70mph all the way home effortlessly & super quiet...both of us were actually kind of shocked by its performance. I mean that truck was basically a W500. Don’t know if you remember it...I think it was a 1960 & it had a deck built for it from new to carry a tucker snowcat. I bought the truck & cat on EBay but Jonas talked me out of it when I remembered we don’t really get any snow here :) :)
