The first series T207s WC1 thru WC11 had the small brakes front and rear and use the smaller wheel cylinders. After WC12 on up they had the larger rear brakes, You can use the standard Wheel cylinders for the 14 inch drum, But you have to ream out the mounting holes on the backing plate for them to fit
