Yes, it originally had the Timken split rear end and I switched that out to a Ford Dana 60 with 3.54 gears. Jeep and Ford have the same 5-1/2 bolt pattern so the rear end and OD made for easy cruising down the highway. The 330 is a good lugging engine that worked well in the jeep.
