Check the axle shaft flange nuts to make sure they are tight. If so, remove drive shaft and inspect both the drive shaft flange and the drum hub for debris or rust. Check gasket to make sure it is not torn. If all that is ok, remove oil seal and check the condition of the outer wheel bearing adjusting nut. If the shoulder of the nut where the oil seal rides Is rough and not smooth,, you can try some Emory Cloth to get the shoulder smooth again or better yet get a new nut and oil seal. Along with a new gasket just to be sure, you should be ok.
