Well the good news we, the Power Wagon Family, know that this is a shady outfit. Too bad the state of California does not take some action to shut him down. I think anyone unhappy should send a certified letter to the California Attorney Generals office and the State Office of Consumer affairs stating the bad service and unethical business practices. This will either scare him or close him down. I noticed long ago that his prices were very high for what he was offering. I can understand high prices with commensurate service.
