Good to hear you are holding them accountable. I built custom homes for 45 years, about 25 of those with my sons in the business. We took care of any problems that developed, even if they weren't directly attributed to our error. Consequently, my sons are getting referrals even today from people that we built for. Any company that doesn't stand behind their work isn't worth referring.
