After taking a few more measurements with the axles unweighted it looks like there are two choices that will work:
Rancho RS9000XL - 999364 (compressed = 13.57" & extended = 20.72" & Bushing ID = L1/LS50)
Monroe Gas Magnum - 34853 (compressed = 13.25" & extended = 21.125" & Bushing ID = 11/16")
I am going to call Bilstein tomorrow and see if they can cross reference the Monroe shock.
I also notice my pass side lower shock bolt has been welded so i need to find a new one in the 11/16 size...
