I have done an awful lot of reading over the last two or three weeks, so I think I have some understanding of the virus and the current situation. I generally don't buy into big conspiracy theories, if that's what's in the video.
Regardless of one's political leanings or trust or mistrust of the government, the big thing to me is that the last several days have shown the U.S. death rate due to the virus is adding about 10 - 15% to the normal average death rate ("normal" being the expected death rate in the absence of the coronavirus). Also, as far as I can tell, the various governments and non-governmental institutions around the world are sending out very similar messages about this virus, so it would have to be a pretty massive conspiracy if there was any conspiracy.
